After many years of working closely together, from 2011 Marlston House have appointed Top Nosh Cuisine as
exclusive caterer and event organiser / coordinator for events at Marlston House.
Top Nosh Cuisine offer a range of delicious menu packages and tailor made options using the best quality seasonal fresh ingredients from local suppliers. Top Nosh Cuisine will work closely with you to create the perfect menu for your wedding and organise all the services you require.
Menu packages have been created to help you budget for your wedding day with all the basic costs included in the price. All inclusive menu packages start from £47.50 + VAT per head for a three course wedding breakfast with coffee, teas and petits fours. All inclusive menu prices include crockery, cutlery, glassware, white linen, waitresses and kitchen staff. Many of our guests prefer to choose a bespoke menu and an individual all inclusive costing for this will be given based upon your food choices and budget.
For all package menus, a selection of canapés can be added at an extra cost of £6.00 per head. Please choose 5 canapés from our package menu canapé list. Alternatively, on all package menus you may exchange the starter for 3 canapés if preferred.
Our package menus are based on a minimum of 65 full paying adult guests. Numbers below 65 are charged at a higher rate and are subject to quotation.
Some of our clients prefer to provide their own wines and drinks, and so we offer a drinks service charge of £7.00 per adult guest to includes the cost of glass hire, ice and bins to chill your drinks, bar equipment and a barmen to serve your drinks as well as removing the empty bottles at the end of the event for you.
For drinks in the evening we can provide a full paying bar, a pre paid free bar for guests or where drinks are supplied our barmen will serve your drinks throughout the evening.
